Better Representation

Only 25% of software engineering jobs are held by women. 67% of the biggest tech employers in the US, are made up of less than 5% of Black employees.

By sourcing directly from university, we can create new and more diverse talent, rather than simply hiring from the existing talent pool.

Reducing Barriers to Entry

Traditional bootcamps charge high fees and often require weeks or months of commitment without pay. This increases the barrier to entry for those from lower income households.

We pay technologists to train and pay their relocation fees, as well as securing them long-term job opportunities with our customers.

Lack of Talent

There are more open jobs for Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Data Science and Cybersecurity, than there are candidates available.

We focus solely on the most in-demand technology skills. This increases job opportunities for our technologists and provides maximum value to our customers.
